The Design Process
In-Home Consultation – During the in-home consultation, we will discuss your ideas. We want to get a full understanding of your plans for the basement and will discuss how we can make your vision become a reality. At this point, we will also talk to you about your budget and a rough timeline for the project. ,
Conceptual Drawings – The next step will be the creation of conceptual drawings which will be created by our designers based on your ideas. Please feel free to offer suggestions and ask for changes to the design if you see items that you want to change. Once all the adjustments have been made, a final detailed drawing will be provided.
Detailed Drawings – The detailed drawing will be created once you have approved all aspects of the conceptual drawing. The detailed drawing offers a better visual of what your basement will look like once completed. This will include a 3D visual so you can get a “walk-through” of the basement before we begin construction.
Product Selection – The last step of the design process will be to select the products that will be used. We will assist you in choosing the right products for the vision that you have. This will include lighting, flooring, hardware and any appliances that you want to be built into the basement.
The Construction Process
We are committed to being the best remodeling contractor. We will ensure that we keep you informed regarding the progress. You can contact us at any time to discuss any questions or concerns that you have with the project. When you are ready to start your basement remodel, give us a call.

We can also build custom furniture, cabinets and any millwork for your remodel. We can also add some custom detailing to the basement if you like.
